02Your position

Jonathon's profile should serve three strategic roles.

01

The category voice

Make Clai the company people associate with faster, smarter agreement workflows.

02

The proven operator

Bring more than a decade of workflow experience, and the lessons from SeamlessDocs, into public view.

03

The commercial founder

Turn useful, direct thinking into trust with buyers, partners, investors and future hires.

A stronger founder profile gives Clai warmer routes into sales, partnerships, investment and future hires.

03Onboarding

Everything starts with one onboarding hour.

01

One onboarding session

You: 60 minutes, once

Booked for the start of November, at a time that suits you. An hour with your account manager on how Clai wins deals, the buyers you most want to reach, the objections that keep coming up, and where the market is getting agreement workflows wrong.

02

The brand strategy deck is built

Us: three working days

Within three working days of that session, the hour becomes a comprehensive strategy deck built around Clai rather than a template, covering everything listed below.

03

The deck is sent for approval

You: one review

It arrives in the client hub as a single document. Read it once, mark what needs changing, and we revise until it is right. Nothing is published before you have signed it off.

04

The monthly flow begins

Us

With the strategy approved, the first content session goes in the diary and the publishing calendar opens. From there the month runs as set out below.

What the strategy deck covers

Positioning and point of viewContent pillarsVoice and toneTarget audiences and networksKPIs and measurementPublishing cadence

Onboarding runs once, in the week beginning 2 November. The strategy deck comes back within three working days, and the monthly flow begins as soon as you have approved it.

04Monthly flow

How a month with us actually runs.

01

Your account manager runs the content session

You: 45 minutes

Once a month, at a time that suits you. We come prepared with questions and leave with the month's raw material: the decisions you have taken, the lessons behind them, the questions clients keep asking, and where Clai's view differs from everyone else's.

02

The team writes it up

Us

That conversation becomes a month of posts in your voice. A minimum of twelve, each with a clear angle, drafted by the team and checked against the approved strategy before you see any of it.

03

Drafts are sent for approval

You: one review

Everything lands in the client hub as one batch, so you read it in a single sitting. Approve, comment or amend in line. Nothing goes out until you have said yes.

04

Approved posts are scheduled and published

Us

We format, schedule and publish across the month, then handle replies and community management, so the profile keeps working between calls.

05

The team turns to reactive work

Us: always on

With the calendar live, attention shifts to what is happening right now. We watch the market for openings, put a Clai angle forward when one fits, and jump on the podcast, press and partnership interest the program brings in.

06

The month closes with a report

Us

You get the numbers, what they mean and what we would change next time. Those recommendations carry into the following session, so the work gets sharper each month.

Jonathon's part is one 45-minute call and one approval. Everything between those two moments is ours to handle.

05What you get

The full standard package, shaped around Clai.

Comprehensive bespoke strategy build

Express onboarding, with a fast route to publishing

A minimum of 12 LinkedIn posts each month

Account management, writing, formatting, scheduling and publishing

Community management and targeted network growth

Reactive content when the market creates an opening

Monthly analytics reporting with clear recommendations

Opportunity vetting and facilitation for relevant inbound

Twelve posts is the monthly minimum, with reactive work added so Jonathon is present in the right conversations as they happen.

06Stay relevant

Own the moments when people are already paying attention.

Watch the market

We track AI, contracting, eSignature, SaaS and deal-flow conversations for credible openings.

Put Jonathon in the room

When a conversation fits, we draft the point of view in his voice and send it for a quick sign-off.

Facilitate what follows

Relevant podcast, press, partnership and commercial opportunities prompted by the program are vetted and coordinated.

Once the month's posts are scheduled, this is where the team's attention goes. We stay on it between calls, not only when a cycle begins.

08Case study: heavy industry

If it works in heavy industry, it can work for contracts.

Energy Drive

Case study: Energy Drive

Six months on the CEO's own profile

Where it started

Energy Drive sells energy performance contracting to plant operators and industrial buyers. A technical sale, usually won through trade shows and warm introductions.

What we did

The CEO's personal profile became the channel. One consistent voice on energy performance, published every month to automation, utilities, mining, oil and gas, and industrial machinery audiences.

What it produced

A recognisable name in a category where the credible voices were quiet, a network of senior operators and buyers, and a second executive now being brought in.

The six-month result

144,654

times seen

3,728

engagements

1,425

new followers

46.5%

network growth

LinkedIn analytics for the CEO's profile, 29 April to 30 September 2026. A report like this arrives in the client hub every month.

62%

of the reach came from people outside the existing network, so the work put the CEO in front of buyers the business had not met before.

42%

of the audience in the latest monthly report held CXO, VP or Director titles, so the attention landed on the people who approve contracts.

The result earned a second profile. Energy Drive is adding an executive ambassador in early 2027, extending the same approach to a second leader alongside the CEO.

Six months, one profile, and a business that now wants the same result for a second leader.
